Ladies and Gentlemen we are so very excited to introduce to you our new Executive Chef here at Neshaminy Creek Brewing’s Borough Brewhouse, the well seasoned and wildly talented Chef Max Hosey! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A Pennsylvania Native and Graduate of the New England Culinary Institute of Vermont, Max has been on quite an amazing culinary adventure. He has provided his talents to such widely renowned restaurants as Grouse Mountain Grill in Beaver Creek Colorado, Manresa in Los Gatos California, Winterland and Town Hall in San Francisco, and The Ivy in London England! He’s also gained tremendous acclaim locally in Philadelphia at Salt Rittenhouse, The Walnut St Cafe, Charlie Was a Sinner, as well as the lovely Mainland Inn in Harleysville PA. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now, Max will be joining forces and working closely together with us at Neshaminy Creek Brewing to bring you an unparalleled dining experience of the ultimate pairing of World Class Beer and World Class Food, right here in our very own beautiful Jenkintown.
So in the next few weeks as Chef Max settles in you’ll begin to see our Menu evolve and grow with new and exciting items. We are thrilled to be on this adventure together, with Max, and our already wonderful staff, and all of you who come visit us and make us feel right at home.

One last note, a thanks to the hardworking staff of 33rd St Hospitality who have been providing their talents to our kitchen for the past year, some will remain, and some will be moving on to new adventures of their own. We wish them all the best!
